- We are seeking a highly skilled experienced SAP EWM ABAP Developer to join our team to design, develop, and implement custom ABAP solutions in SAP EWM landscapes.
- The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ABAP development and a strong functional understanding of SAP EWM processes, including inbound, outbound, warehouse tasks Physical Inventory, and RF integration Framework.
- We are seeking a highly skilled SAP EWM ABAP Developer to join the International Market Group (IMG), Ford Customer Service Division (FCSD), Service Parts Management (SPM) product group, Warehouse Operations and Outbound Logistics product line, IMG Warehouse Management product team.
- In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing the critical and significant enhancements in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) module in International Market Groups (IMG) Parts Distribution Centers (PDCs) to meet the business needs of our clients.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of warehouse operations with SAP systems, driving efficiency and innovation in warehouse management processes.

Experience Required:
- Engineer 3 Exp: Prac. In 2 coding lang. or adv. Prac. in 1 lang. 6+ years in IT; 4+ years in development
Experience Preferred:
- Minimum 5+ years in SAP EWM ABAP development
- Proven experience in SAP EWM implementation, including the integration with SAP MM, SD, PP, and WM modules.
- Experience in warehouse process design, including inbound/outbound/internal processes, inventory management, and warehouse optimization.
Education Required:
- Bachelor's Degree

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance custom objects using ABAP for SAP EWM.
- Work on EWM-specific objects such as queue management, warehouse monitor, RF framework, and EWM-enhanced transactions.
- Analyze functional requirements and convert them into technical specifications.
- Develop custom reports, enhancements (User Exits, BADI, BTE), and interfaces using IDocs, BAPIs, and Web Services.
- Handle performance tuning, debugging, and troubleshooting of custom developments.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, testers, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
- Develop or support interfaces between EWM and ECC/S4HANA (if applicable).
- Provide technical documentation and adhere to coding standards and best practices.
- Support projects go-lives and post-go-live issue resolution.
- Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the solution meets business requirements.
- Create technical specifications, test scripts, and support go-live activities.
- Document configurations, customizations, and processes to ensure proper knowledge transfer and system documentation.
