- The SAP Platform Technology Program and Project Manager Specialist will manage and optimize the financial planning and analysis activities within the SAP Platform organization.
- This role plays a critical part in budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and investment planning to ensure platform initiatives are aligned with overall business goals and financial targets.

Additional Information:
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Develop, manage, and track the SAP Platform's annual budget (CapEx and OpEx).
- Partner with SAP Platform leadership to forecast future costs and evaluate funding needs.
- Conduct monthly variance analysis and provide actionable insights.
- Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Prepare and deliver financial reports and dashboards for SAP Platform and Finance leadership.
- Analyze and report on spend, trends, and performance metrics
- Strategic Planning & Investment Support
- Support the business case development for major Enterprise Technology investments and digital transformation initiatives.
- Assist in prioritizing ET projects based on strategic alignment.
- Vendor & Contract Management
- Monitor financial terms of ET contracts and supplier invoices.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain on contract negotiations and renewals.
- Track cloud and software license usage to avoid overages or underutilization.
- Compliance & Controls
- Ensure SAP Platform financial practices comply with internal policies and external regulations.
- Support audits and financial reviews of SAP Platform projects and spending.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a liaison between Finance, SAP Platform, Supply Chain, and Product Teams.
- Translate complex expenditures into clear financial insights for stakeholders.
