Job Description:
Who we are looking for:

• We are looking for an energetic, organized, and experienced Project Manager to join our growing team.
• A Project Manager (PM) plays a crucial role in overseeing technology-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Here are some key responsibilities and qualifications typically associated with this role.
• The Project Manager will be responsible for developing a cohesive project plan with defined tasks & assigned resources, managing remediate issues & risks, communicating status to executives, and leading the project team to ensure successful technology implementations.
• The project scope is an MES Implementation along with integrations to plant floor equipment and back-office systems (ERP, PLM).

• Project Planning and Implementation: Lead the planning and execution of technical projects, ensuring alignment with outlined objectives.
• Resource Coordination: Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify and manage project risks & issues to minimize potential issues.
• Performance Measurement: Use appropriate systems, tools, and techniques to measure project performance.
• Stakeholder Communication: Report and escalate issues to management as needed and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure project objectives are met.

 
What You Bring to the Team:

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to lead a cross-functional team
• Project Management: Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s Degree: Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Project Management Experience: Proven experience in project management, particularly in IT or a related field.
• Manufacturing Experience: Proven experience in automotive manufacturing processes and MES system implementation.

 
Key Skills:

• Must have manufacturing IT experience
• Must have experience with MES (Manufacturing Equipment System) Integration experience
